Dream Wasteland—Join us for a walk on Järvafältet with artists Mats Adelman and Ylva Westerlund.

We meet at 2:00 PM at Campus Tensta, Hagstråket 11.
The hike ends at 4:00 PM at Tensta konsthall's allotment no. 51.

Järvafältet is a unique place, a green lung for residents in the area and at the same time a home for a fantastically rich wildlife. But the area is also under threat. Recently, a forest fire broke out that proved difficult to extinguish due to all the unexploded ammunition buried in the area since it was a military training field. Artists Ylva Westerlund and Mats Adelman have studied and carried out art projects on Järvafältet for many years, where they also had a studio for a period. During the hike, they share their experiences and reflections on Järvafältet's history and future, and how we can create "peace with earth". Coffee is included in the hike.

The hike is done in connection with the exhibition Peace with Earth and is part of the project Nomadic School / Institution(ing)s. With support from Helge Ax:son Johnson's Foundation.
Children and adults of all ages are welcome.
The pace and length of the walk will be adapted to the group.
